It Starts at Home
Who is shaping what your kids believe? In these busy, hectic days we take kids to sports practices, games, music lessons, school tutoring and other activities to give our children the best opportunities for success. But what if we’re missing the chance to teach them what matters most? We will explore biblical and tangible ways that parents - couples, single parents, blended families and grandparents - can build a legacy of faith for their children. Led by Amy Brand, beginning September 12th at 6:00pm in Room C208. Register on the FBC website. **This is a prerequisite for baby dedication.**

The Smart Stepfamily: 7 Steps to a Healthy Family
This study by Ron Deal provides practical help for those entering marriage again after a loss or a divorce. There is one thing that every stepfamily has in common: family members with a history that involved at least one other parent and/or spouse. The study will be a help to those who are already in what is commonly called a blended family, those who are contemplating entering marriage again, and those who are single and may at some point desire to begin a new page of a marital relationship. Even if the children are no longer in the home and are grown, the challenges of two people coming together are much different than a first marriage. Come join us for a practical way to live out a healthy family in a Christlike manner. Led by Larry Grimes beginning September 12th, 6:00 - 7:30pm in Room C206. Register online. $15 per book.
